The job
Moba is world leader in innovative machines for grading, packing and processing eggs. With more than 800 colleagues and a history going back over 75 years, we build the most high-quality technical systems, from design to production and from installation to service. As General Manager UK, your goal is to ensure our market and industry leading position for the long-term by delivering the most optimal total solution for our customers.
You are a self-starter that can bring structure, fresh ideas and is able to build a strong team, all while achieving optimal sales results. Your team consists of an area sales manager, a finance manager (supported by a financial assistant) and a service manager who leads a team of 15-20 service engineers / service supporting roles. The finance and service manager also have a reporting line to the global functional leaders (CFO and Global Service Manager). You report to the CCO. You ideally have proven general management capabilities, like to be actively involved in sales and have experience with capital goods.
